what is this?
according to "daily candy" this am this is the new "racing stripes manicure." the root of this trend is said to be in the interest of economics and time; i vote NO. paint the whole nail people, this just looks ridiculous. i chalk this up to the same type of trend as the whole dark roots thing (featured in this month's Vogue)....just plain bad.
