I am in NJ - I know that doesn't help! I was in Philly yesterday though!
ahhh....well any friends of friends looking to rent rittenhouse area apts...
Get the Philadelphia Weekly...it can be found in yellow newspaper holders around the Philly area. It is filled with apartment listings and comes out Wednesdays. Also look on Craigslist. But if you see something you like call that day and go down to see it ASAP, b/c apartments turn over in 24-48 hours. Also, most places don't accept checks so if you go to see a place I'd recommend taking first, last, and one month security (basically they all want three months up front) in cash.
